Daniella Jasper-Okumagba’s journey is one shaped by faith, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to leadership and community—values rooted in her Catholic school education.

Daniella attended John Costello Catholic School, St. Gregory Catholic School, and St. Mary’s High School, where she developed a strong foundation in academic excellence, service, and perseverance. These formative years played a critical role in shaping her confidence, work ethic, and sense of purpose—principles that continue to guide her personal and professional life.

Her dedication to both academics and athletics led her to compete at a Division I level soccer program at North Dakota State University (NDSU). As a student-athlete, Daniella balanced the demands of high-performance athletics with academic rigor, while gaining exposure to leadership, teamwork, and accountability at the highest collegiate level.

After completing her studies, Daniella returned to Canada and began her career in the corporate oil and gas sector. There, she gained experience in operations, strategy, and large-scale systems within a demanding, results-driven environment. While the corporate world provided valuable training, Daniella felt called to build something of her own.

Today, Daniella is the Founder & CEO of The BRDGE, a catering and events platform she now runs full-time. Through her work, she focuses on building scalable systems, supporting entrepreneurs, and creating meaningful economic and community impact. Her leadership and innovation have been widely recognized—she has received honors including CEO of the Year, Most Influential CEO, and Leader of the Year, and her company has been named Best Catering Company in the City.

Community impact remains central to Daniella’s mission. Through Feed the City, an initiative led by The BRDGE, she works with partners and local food businesses to provide meals and support to community organizations and individuals in need—ensuring that access to food is approached with dignity, collaboration, and care.

Beyond operating her businesses, Daniella is an active voice in the innovation ecosystem. She regularly speaks at and serves as Master of Ceremonies for major technology and innovation conferences, sits on panels, and engages with students and founders to share real-world lessons on leadership, entrepreneurship, and resilience.

Daniella credits her Catholic education with instilling the values that continue to anchor her journey—faith, service, discipline, and community. She remains deeply grateful for the role Catholic schools played in her development and is committed to giving back by supporting initiatives that empower and inspire future generations.
